Minnesota Department of Education Early Childhood | The MDE Early Childhood Screening webpage contains links to screening brochures and forms in many different languages including Russian, Vietnamese, and Somali to name a few. Early Childhood Screening is a quick and simple check of how children are doing at age 3 ½ or 4 years old. It identifies, at an early stage, possible learning or health concerns so that children can get needed help before starting school. Minnesota Disability Law Center | The Law Help MN website addresses the legal needs of many persons including those with disabilities (click on disabilities and it brings up a wealth of information). The Center provides free legal services for Minnesotans with disabilities. Several statewide offices help create and distribute key information to the public through fact sheets, booklets, and manuals.
