Priscilla Weigel wraps up this three part series highlighting the CICC coaching process with guests, Dana Ellingson and Jackie Johnson, both CICC coaches.  They review the coaching model and discuss the way a coaching partnership wraps up.  Relationships of support are emphasized throughout the coaching process so the three converse about how those essential relationships are sustained and how the CICC Continuous Quality Improvement Plan plays a major role in building long term sustainability of new skills and strategies.
